Generally, we use all-new materials to ensure longevity. However, for heritage or listed building projects, we can reclaim and re-use original slates if requested by the client or required by conservation guidelines, provided the stone is still structurally sound.
To secure your project date, we require a £250 booking-in fee. For larger projects exceeding £10,000, we require a 10% deposit (which includes your booking-in fee). Once our team is on-site and all materials have been delivered, a 30% staged payment is due. The remaining 70% balance is only payable upon the successful completion of the work and your total satisfaction.
No, you are free to come and go as you please. As long as we have access to external water and electricity points, our team can remain fully operational and ensure the site is left watertight and secure at the end of every working day.
